You can create this by first making a design on a piece of paper first. You can then paint your floor with a complementary color once you are satisfied with your design. Apply two coats and let it dry. Once it is dry, you can now draw the design on the floor by making a pattern using painters tape. With a chip brush, paint the insides of the pattern.
