Children usually go to a pediatric dentist because that is the specialty for treating children. Gum and bone diseases are treated by a dentist who is a Periodontist. A Prosthosdontist is one who can does crowns and bridges to replace broken or missing teeth. They do dentures as well. There are other dentists in West Columbia who are Endodontists.
